Is this for me?
That’s exactly where many of our members start. You don’t need to get fit first. Your Strong Start Assessment and small-group classes help you begin at your own pace.
You won’t be left to figure it out alone. Classes are capped at nine reformers, so your instructor can guide you throughout the session.
You don’t have to. Exercises can be adjusted to suit your ability, injuries, and experience.
Nothing is locked in. You can continue only if LYFE feels right for you.
