We have something for everyone…

Discover our Range of classes

(Reformer)

Essentials

Our go‑to class for building (or rebuilding) your Pilates foundation. Perfect if you’re new, returning after a break, or managing niggles / post‑natal changes. We move at a steady pace, focus on form, breathing, and alignment, and give you plenty of guidance so you feel safe, strong, and confident on the reformer while still getting a solid full‑body workout.

(Reformer)

Progressive

A step up from Essentials. This class adds more dynamic, flowing sequences and layered options so you can gently push yourself while still feeling supported. Ideal if you know the basics and want to feel stronger, fitter, and more athletic in your day‑to‑day life. Expect a balanced full‑body session with lots of core, strength, and stability work.

(Reformer)

Peak

Our strongest reformer class. For experienced clients who are confident with springs, set‑ups, and key Pilates movements. We use props (ball, bands, and straps) and more complex sequences to build serious strength, control, and endurance. Expect to be challenged, to concentrate, and to leave feeling like you’ve really trained.

(Cardio Reformer)

Jumpboard

Low‑impact, cardio‑style reformer using the jumpboard for light, supported “jumping.” Great if you want to get your heart rate up while still being kind to your joints. You’ll work legs, glutes, and core with short bursts of jump work mixed with strength and stability exercises. Some reformer experience recommended.

Mat Pilates

(Mat-work)

Classic Pilates on the mat, using your bodyweight (and sometimes small props) to build core strength, mobility, and control. Great for all levels, including beginners, and perfect if you prefer the feel of the floor to the reformer. Expect clear instruction, simple setups, and a sneaky burn that leaves you feeling longer and stronger.

(Reformer)

Stretch & restore

Slow, relaxing, and focused on unwinding a busy body and mind. We use gentle Pilates‑based stretches, breath work, and longer holds to release tight hips, backs, and shoulders. Ideal as a recovery session, for desk bodies, or if you’re feeling stressed and need an hour just for you.

We cater to prenatal and postnatal clients, as well as those recovering from injuries—just let us know so we can tailor the experience to your needs.

What you can expect in our classes

When you walk into a Lyfe Pilates class, you can expect small, welcoming groups where your instructor actually knows your name, your body, and your goals. We start by setting you up safely on the reformer or mat, then guide you through clear, easy‑to‑follow sequences with options for every level, from “haven’t moved in years” to “ready to be pushed.” You’ll use quality equipment and simple props like jumpboards, dumbbells, bands, balls, rings, and boxes to build strength, stability, and mobility without pounding your joints.

Our focus is on great form, real progress, and a supportive community vibe – not perfection or punishment. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident in your body, and glad you showed up, whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth.
