Lyfe Pilates (Vasculum Pty Ltd: ABN 87 688 945 397) “Lyfe Pilates”, “we”, “us”, “our” respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and any other applicable Australian laws.

By using our website, booking system (including Momence), or attending our studio, you agree to this policy.

1. What information we collect

We may collect:

Identity & contact details: name, date of birth, address, email, phone.

Membership & booking details: membership type, attendance, waitlists, cancellations, no‑shows, purchase history.

Payment details: limited payment information (e.g. last 4 digits of card, expiry, billing details). Full card/bank details are stored by our payment provider, not by us.

Health & injury information: injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy/post‑natal status, exercise history, relevant health notes you choose to provide so we can keep you safe.

Child / minor information: for under‑18s, we may collect the minor’s details and parent/guardian details and consents.

Communications: emails, SMS, forms, feedback, complaints.

Online data: basic usage data from our website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, device type, cookies) and from our booking/marketing platforms.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but it may mean we can’t safely or properly provide our services.

2. How we collect your information

We collect information:

when you sign up, buy a membership, book a class, or complete a waiver (online or in‑studio);

when you communicate with us (email, phone, SMS, social media, forms);

through our booking and payment systems (e.g. Momence, payment gateway);

We collect, hold and use your information to:

manage memberships, bookings, waitlists and attendance;

tailor classes and instructions to your health status and goals;

process payments and manage billing issues;

enforce studio policies (e.g. late‑cancel / no‑show fees);

communicate with you about bookings, changes, safety issues and studio updates;

send you marketing communications about offers, events and services (you can opt out at any time);

operate, protect and improve our studio, website and systems;

comply with our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

Service providers: booking systems (e.g. Momence), payment processors, email/SMS providers, IT and marketing tools who help us run the studio.

Some service providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

For members under 18:

We collect the minor’s details and a parent/guardian’s details and consents.

We rely on the parent/guardian to ensure information is accurate and to manage bookings and permissions.

We may use your contact details to send you updates and offers about Lyfe Pilates. You can opt out at any time by:

clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails, or
