1. What classes does Lyfe Pilates offer?
We offer a variety of classes, including:
Essentials Class: Perfect for beginners and those getting back into Pilates.
Progressive Class: For those looking to deepen their practice with more challenging moves.
Advanced Class: Ideal for experienced practitioners.
Jumpboard Class: A fun, fast-paced workout focused on cardio and strength.
Mat Class: Enhance flexibility, strength, and stability without using reformers.
We also cater to prenatal, postnatal, and individuals with injuries in all class levels.
2. What should I bring to class?
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout attire. Grip socks are compulsory for all classes to ensure safety and hygiene. Forgot your socks? We have a large selection to purchase in the studio.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
For regular class bookings, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start time. If you cancel late:
You will lose your session credit.
Unlimited members will incur a $15 fee for late cancellations.
4. What happens if I do not show up to a class?
If you do not attend a booked class without prior cancellation, you will incur a $15 dishonour fee. This fee ensures that class spots are available to other members and encourages responsible booking.
5. What if I’m new to Pilates?
We recommend starting with our Essentials Class, where you’ll learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications, so all fitness levels are welcome.
6. Do you offer private or group sessions?

7. How do I book a class?
You can easily book classes through your Momence account or directly on our website. Simply select your preferred class and time, then secure your spot.
The Momence App is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Once logged in, you'll be able to purchase memberships, buy packages, and manage your class bookings. If you cannot find our studio in the app, it may mean you're not yet registered with us. Head over to our website to make your first purchase, and you'll then be able to access us on the app.
8. Are there any special offers for new members?
Yes, we offer an Introductory Offer for new clients and occasionally run promotions and challenges. Stay tuned on our website and social media for the latest deals!
9. Can I freeze or suspend my membership?
Memberships can be frozen, please arranged this in advance via email. Please refer to our membership terms and conditions for more details.
10. Is there a membership commitment?
